Pleasantly and peacefully situated this recently converted cottage adjoins the owners house. A cosy and comfortable hideaway equipped and furnished to a high standard. Located in open countryside yet only a 20 minutes drive from the centre of York, Swallow's Nest is an excellent base from which to explore Yorkshire and its Market Towns, Dales, Moors and Coastline.

This self catering holiday cottage with its own private patio area and dedicated parking space has a twin bedded room on the first floor. Downstairs there is a fully fitted kitchen with halogen hob and oven, fridge and microwave The lounge has a double sofa bed, TV, DVD and CD stereo, also downstairs is amodern bathroom with bath and shower.

The cottage is non smoking and no pets.
